These Terms & Conditions govern the use of whirlwoodturning.com (the “Site”) and all purchases made from Whirl Wood Turnings. By using this Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

All products sold by Whirl Wood Turnings are handmade.
Natural variations in wood grain, colour, and shape are normal and are not considered defects.
Product photos are for guidance; the actual product may differ slightly from images on the Site.

2. Orders

Orders are subject to availability.
We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of stock issues, pricing errors, or other valid reasons.
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Prices and shipping costs may change at any time but will not affect orders already placed.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via PayPal.
We do not store full payment information.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received.

5. Shipping

We ship within the UK using Royal Mail and Evri.
Estimated delivery times: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates; delays outside our control (postal or courier issues) are not our responsibility.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are only provided if an item arrives damaged or faulty.
Customers must report damaged/faulty items within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos, so we can investigate.
Items returned without prior notice or outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

7. Care of Products

Wooden items should be maintained according to the care instructions provided.
Damage caused by misuse, moisture, heat, or sunlight is not covered under refunds or replacements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (images, text, logos, product designs) is owned by Whirl Wood Turnings and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Whirl Wood Turnings is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
We are not responsible for damage or loss during delivery except where the item arrives damaged as per our Returns Policy.

10. Privacy

Use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
