All items sold by Persision Turnings are handmade, individually turned wooden pieces. Due to the nature of natural materials, no two items are exactly the same.

 

 

Returns

 

 

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

 

Refunds or replacements are only provided if an item arrives:

 

• Faulty

• Damaged

• Significantly not as described

 

 

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging. We reserve the right to offer a replacement instead of a refund where appropriate.

 

 

Custom & Personalised Items

 

 

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

 

 

Natural Characteristics

 

 

Wood is a natural material. Grain variation, colour differences, knots, minor movement, and natural imperfections are part of the character of handmade wooden items and are not considered faults.
